Sales Director, Diligence Solutions – New York

Job Summary

The Sales Director,Diligence Solutions position will be selling Wealth-X Diligence Dossiers to nationally targeted clients. The offering is unique; comprising of a combination of detailed financial information with regulatory and reputational components. Its an uncapped and exciting opportunity to join an established team and carve out a niche in the Due Diligence world.Wealth-X is looking for an experienced Sales professional to join the American sales team.


  • Conduct a full sales cycle process from identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales
  • Arrange and execute client visits to promote the Wealth-X Diligence solutions to  potential customers
  • Ensure the accuracy of forecast submission and update of info in Salesforce
  • Engage with clients and prospects to report feedback to the Head of Diligence Solutions to enable the evolution of the product offering
  • Engage in self-development into the ever evolving world of regulation to stay ahead of the competition and further enable the evolution of the solution
  • Follow up on inbound leads received from marketing programs, webinars, trade shows and etc
  • Cold/Warm Calling prospects in the Compliance and Risk space
  • Research target companies to understand who would best suit a combination of financial and risk based diligence on private clients
  • Properly maintain a pipeline of business – documenting discussions, e-mails, proposals and client feedback on the infernal CRM tools


  • 3 to 7 years experience in major account selling
  • Successful track record in meeting sales targets
  • History of selling solutions in the risk markets to enable better process for all or any of KYC, EDD, CDD, AML
  • Highly developed consultative sales and account management skills
  • Able to communicate concepts effectively to all levels including and especially C-Level
  • Able to demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization when under pressure
  • A team player who is highly collaborative, an open individual who can work successfully with multi-disciplinary, multinational sales teams.
  • Proven ability to creatively identify new accounts and opportunities.
  • Experience to develop new business in new territories and to identify up-sell opportunities. Proven ability to work independently with a sales quota on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis
  • Results oriented with an ability to win business on a consistent monthly basis
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced, independent environment and “wear multiple hats” when necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven initiative and creativity
